The relatives of a toddler, who has lost both of his parents, have made a car accident claim after they were both tragically killed.
Tom Matts and Terri Ann Barnett, who were both in their twenties, had only just dropped off their son Morgan Matts at his nursery when the fatal road accident took place.
At the same time as the parents were in the car having just left the nursery, a lorry carrying timber close-by went into a bridge. As the forty-nine-year-old truck driver, Graham Morgan, hit the bridge, the timber fell off the lorry and subsequently landed onto the car of Mr Matts and Ms Barnett.
